She blends professionalism and business savvy with her personal discipline and focus stemming from her experience teaching yoga as well as serving as a Sensei at Hapkido International.
Meredith is the lead Facilitator for a business strategy & marketing analyst firm focused on Personal Brand and Identity development. She works with start-ups and entrepreneurs who are ready for a reboot that includes strong messaging, clear offers and strategic focus. She started worked with yoga teachers and yoga studios to help refine their mission statements, online identities and often build small websites for an affordable flat fee. Clients and companies frequently report becoming more conscious about their brand identity, social media strategy and framework for accountability through her coaching and attention to detail. Meredith first became a member of the National Speakers Association in 1998. She is an articulate speaker with refined communications skilled and a unique understanding of how words create very specific experiences for an audience. She has presented at the National Wellness Institute Conference, the National Retail Federation, Jupiter Research Conferences, International Women in Technology, WOMMA and ad:tech. She frequently In 2008, she recorded a 55 episode podcast series, "Living Green: Everybody Inspired to Succeed" for Personal Life Media, her podcast was in the Top 100 podcasts in itunes during that time. She currently does video interviews and freelance reports as a yoga festival reporter.
As the former Head of the Internet Division for The Sharper Image, Marketing Director of ad:tech as well as President of the Chicago Interactive Marketing Association she pioneered the first waves of the online advertising entering into the standardized media plans of big brands all over the world.
Meredith’s trendsetting viewpoints have been published widely in national media, including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and Business Week and she has appeared on CNN, MSNBC and CNBC. She has also been featured in Yoga Journal and Origin magazine. During her time in Carpinteria, California she owned Carp Yoga, taught yoga on the beach and brought yoga to three schools in the area.
Meredith lives with her husband in Boulder, CO and continues to demonstrate that fitness, spiritual practice and business can co-exist in a mainstream lifestyle.
