Meredith Sasseen is a nationally recognized
Brand Journalist and Business Coach in the LOHAS industry (Lifestyles
of Health and Sustainability) with 20 years of internet marketing experience. She blends professionalism and business savvy with her personal discipline and focus stemming from her work as a yoga teacher and martial arts instructor and black belt at Hapkido International.
Meredith is the Group Practice Director for 3outcomes Media Group, a business strategy & marketing firm, located in Boulder, Colorado. She helps start-ups and entrepreneurs launch with strong messaging, clear offers and strategic focus. She assist clients in becoming more conscious about their brand identity, social media strategy and framework for accountability. She coaches up to 10 clients per quarter and works with up to three companies per quarter.
Meredith is a member of the National Speakers Association and has engaged audiences in inspiring presentations and panels on marketing and business strategy at events such as the National Wellness Institute Conference, the National Retail Federation, Jupiter Research Conferences, International Women in Technology, WOMMA and ad:tech.
As the former Head of the Internet Division for The Sharper Image, Marketing Director of ad:tech as well as President of the Chicago Interactive Marketing Association she pioneered the first waves of the online advertising entering into the standardized media plans of big brands all over the world.
Meredith’s trendsetting viewpoints have been published widely in national media, including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and Business Week and she has appeared on CNN, MSNBC and CNBC. She has also been featured in Yoga Journal magazine.
Meredith lives with her husband in Boulder, CO and continues to demonstrate that fitness, spiritual practice and business can co-exist in a mainstream lifestyle.
